NBCID helps you combat crime by providing extensive search and reporting tools, making it easy to interrogate data and report outcomes and providing reports and statistics to help you in the process.

The administrator is notified of incident occurrences and is able to look at the incident and take appropriate action, such as:

• Release an urgent bulletin to targeted partnership members,
• Include in the regular bulletin or Target List,Include or as part of a newsletter,
• Bulletins,Newsletters and Target Lists are stored within the system and Users are notified by Email of new documents available.
• These documents may be printed in line but are subject to print warnings and user identification on printed materials photos overlays to ensure traceability and comply with Data Protection guidance.

Electronic compilation of bulletins and newsletters increase the efficiency of the administrator and electronic notification dramatically speeds up the communication process while reducing the need for printed materials. This leads to improved efficiency and reduced costs and allows the coordinator to focus on more added-value tasks.
