The report entry fields are very simple and easy to complete allowing Users to enter as much or as little information as they on incidents.

Individual stores can input data directly into the system, increasing the efficiency of their loss reduction staff, reducing and ultimately eliminating the requirement for paper incident reports, eliminating the need for double entry of incident reports, improving the speed of submission and quality of reports, reducing the workload on the partnership coordinator and allowing the coordinator to provide more added-value support to the partnership.

With simple yet powerful search functions, Users can quickly input information on incidents such as suspects/offenders, vehicles and photos or CCTV stills.

Data is stored centrally by Netmedia and not stored locally so the partnerships and their members do not have to worry about data security within the system.
